And the roast roast was extremely flat and for the most part not chewable even with strenuous effort. Okay, it's off the beaten track, it's cheap, check it off! If, yes if, if it weren't for the owner ... We rarely complain. Doesn't bring anything either. When asked, we say our opinion politely but sincerely. But here the food was so underground that we wanted to speak to the boss. And then he explained to us in all seriousness that he brought the vegetables fresh from the market every day, the potatoes corresponded to Grandma's house recipe and the roast roast "should have a bite". Of course he would also have fillet meat here, we only had to say something, but "the Swabian likes it that way". So it went for a good quarter of an hour. The man had self-confidence - nobody can cook there.
